Junior Tech Support assessment, whats involved?

    Hey all,

    I am a third year computing student and I have an interview on Monday for a Junior Technical Support Role including a "brief technical assessment" could anybody shed some light on what might be included in the assessment or links to sample tests? The company are mainly involved in web hosting and cloud computing. Thanks for any help.
