I'm fairly terrible at actually discovering new and interesting reading material online. I used to read a few blogs such as pharyngula, thunderf00t's wordpress and a few others but over time and with certain teacup storms I've either lost interest or the quality has seriously declined.

What blogs does A&A read? Not strictly atheist blogs, but generally interesting blogs with a skeptical bent.

I don't really go to blogs, I prefer watching videos on YouTube. If you need some tips in that direction, just ask. Despite me not going to blogs, I do know some you may or may not know of. Three of the top of my head, two of which should be fairly obvious.

Following elevatorgate, I stopped reading most of the few skeptic/atheist blogs I used to read. If I did have time, I'd probably read Jerry Coyne's blog, but the formatting is dreadful, so I probably wouldn't bother. Ben Goldacre's Bad Science is much the same -- good content let down by bad formatting. Jesus And Mo is a cartoon, not a blog, but it's consistently excellent.

The only related thing I do (or did, at least) was troll the Pope on Twitter.

Then why not read blogs in a RSS news reader, such as Google Reader? New entries pop up automatically i.e. you don't have to "do the rounds" to see what's new, and the formatting is what the news reader uses.

edit: Coyne's feed looks great in Google Reader, but Bad Science is set to display only the first paragraph or two - hate that.

It's excellent, though slightly depressing when you realise exactly how much manipulation of trials and data is going on, and how the regulators claim everything is okay.
