My car failed for moisture in the real lamps.

Ive been to three mechanics and none if them can understand why it failed or what to do.

    What do I do?

    what car?

Dry them out with a hairdryer or heat gun (be carefull not to melt them if using one of these)
Is it moisture or pools of water?

3 mechanics couldn't figure it out? If it's just moisture you can dry dry them out like mentioned. Are the headlights cracked at all anywhere?

Yeah I failed on that too years ago. Was a crack in the glass. I removed the bulb, stuck a small hose in and sucked the water out (tasted like **** btw).
Then hairdryed it and passed the test.
Next, got new assembly on adverts for a tenner from someone breaking their car and stuck that on. Sorted.

If you can find a new/used assembly before retest is up don't bother trying to get water out, just change it.

Drilling a small hole at the bottom of the lamps will cure your problem and prevent any furter condensation.

I spoke to another mechanic. He said I have to buy new lamps because they have double lenses and you can't get inbetween them to dry them. He said they are E60-70 each in motor factors.

You need a new mechanic. Ideally one from this planet. A second hand light cluster won't be that expensive and if its an older car find someone who knows what they are doing to drill a hole in it for you.
