Correcting geography papers?

    Can anyone help me to understand the marking scheme for the geography junior certificate papers.

    For example
    “Explain one impact of industrial activity on the environment.
    One explanation @ 5m (St2 + D1 + D1 + D1, can be example)”

    What does “St2 + D1 + D1 + D1” mean ?
    Any help would be appreciated

    St means Statement and D means Development.

    That means you get 2 marks for a statement and 3 for 3 developments.
