    Hello everybody!
    I'm currently looking for examples of court cases involving Irish retailers regarding Irish contract law but I'm absolutely stuck for examples.

    Can anybody give me some cases that occurred that involved offer, acceptance, intention to create legal relations and consideration?

    Thanks so much for any help.

    Homeworks alert!

    Go to www.courts.ie - then top right hand corner enter the Judgments Section. Search away. Bailii.org might also be of use.

    There are some. Berber v Dunnes Stores, Karen Millen v Dunnes Stores - first, employment law, second IP/Passing off.

    Have fun. Homework is a learning zone.

    Minister for Industry and Commerce v Pim Bros Ltd. [1966] IR 154;
    Boyers & Co. v D & R Duke [1904] 2 IR 617;
    Warlow v Harrison (1859) 1 E&E 309;
    Billings v Arnott & Co. Ltd 80 ILTR 50 (HC).

    Off the top of my head.
