Nice hotel near Spanish Steps in Rome?

Anyone know of a hotel that's nice, doesn't cost the earth but has a nice bar and is located close to the Spanish Steps in Rome? Maybe 4 Star or even 5 star if the budget rises to it!!! Hoping not to spend too much though...budget anywhere from €100-€200 per night but preferably at the lower end of the scale! Many thanks.
