Anyone looking for a room in East Wall?

    Here's the situation: Two people fairly suddenly decided to move out of our house in East Wall, so we're urgently looking for people to move in.

    There are two double rooms available. Rent will be €345 for the bigger double room and €330 for the smaller one if we get one person. If we get two people though, that'll drop by €80, so if ya know anyone looking PM me! This place would really suit a student and they'd be sharing with two students in their early 20's (A girl and a guy).

    We're easygoing about who moves in and will accept people from all walks of life :)
