    Hi All,

3 years ago I had my own business things were going well and I took a lease on a house. Shortly after taking the lease my business begain to fail and four months into the lease i moved out as I couldn't afford rent anymore. I spoke with the landlord and told him and he said " you haven't heard the last from me, I'll get you for this" I said I've just lost my business and my home, your threat is the least of my worries.

So fast forward to today and person whom I shared with got a letter to his old address (which wasn't even addressed to their but to our old business address from the PRTB looking for immediately payment of €6,000.00 .
Do we just ignore it as we haven't been at our business address in 3 years? I'm no longer in the country. He emailed me this morning to let me know.
    What should he do?

Seek legal advice from some where more appropriate than randomers on an internet forum. Some of whom are simply law students and others who just like to talk bollocks. (Admittedly I fall in to both categories.)
