Chemistry Notes

Does anyone have any decent Chemistry notes? I know there are revision books but they still have a lot of things you don't need to learn. I also searched the forums and only ones I saw was the mind maps one which isn't covered detailed enough. If you could at least provide notes on Water, that would be great.
