HELP! Place to stay in Wexford?

Hi guys, I'm doing a course in Rosslare and looking for a place to stay either in Rosslare or Wexford between 17 - 26th Feb. Are there any hostels that are open this early in the year? Or would anyone have a spare room I could rent? I can't exactly afford to stay 10 days in a B&B so any help would be very much appreciated!

Also, these guys in Rosslare Strand might do you a special deal for the 9 nights, Rosslare Strand is fairly quiet at this time of year
