Refund directly to bank a/c

Hi Rang tax office last Thursday morning and they said i was due a refund from 2009 and told me it would be paid directly into my bank account. I still haven't received it.anyone any idea of how long it takes?

Rang tax office last Thursday morning and they said i was due a refund from 2009 and told me it would be paid directly into my bank account. I still haven't received it.anyone any idea of how long it takes?

Rang this morning only approved today so 3-5 days. All in all in about 7
