Hi, does anyone know with regard to filling out garda vetting forms for schools and sports clubs, why the employer or club owners have to do this and why an indivudual cannot get their own? Are there no privacy laws for individuals disclosing personal information such as past addresses, dobs, changing names etc etc? thanks.
