Un-Follow on FB

    Okay, probably something real straight-forward now that I am missing with this, but here goes:

    I chose to 'Follow' a cycling related page on FB but now find myself unable to 'un-follow' them. I have located better pages and links for the info I am looking for in comparison to what they are displaying.

    I cannot seem to locate the 'un-follow' icon; only the icon to 'like', which I won't be clicking.

    Anyone know where it is located please? I even tried blocking to remove, but can't as it won't appear as a valid link.?

    In your dropdown (from the little earth) hover over any post and a little X will appear. Hover the X and the option to unfollow will show.

    Thanks but all that is showing for me is 'Report/Mark as Spam' :confused:

    oh! Just found an icon to archive and it removed them from my 'Following' list, so that's something at least. They are now apparently in some 'list' but at least I won't be viewing any more of their nonsense postings :)

    If its a page you "liked" go to the page and hover over the "liked" tab and some options should appear one of which is "unlike". If its a group your in go to the group and in the top right is a cog. Click the cog and leave the group.

    ow do I unfollow someone?
    There are two ways to unfollow a person:
    • Go to that person’s timeline. From there, hover your mouse over the Following button and click Unfollow. If you're friends with that person, hover over the Friends button and uncheck Show in News Feed.
    • You can also unfollow them by clicking 104941232944896_900492128.png next to a post you see in your news feed and selecting Unfollow.
    To unfollow a Page:
    • Go to that Page. Hover your mouse over the Liked button and click Unlike.
    • You can also unfollow a Page by clicking 104941232944896_900492128.png next to a post you see in your news feed, selecting Hide and then clicking Unlike.
