Dashcam evidence in court

Anybody know if dashcam footage (outside car) is admissible as evidence in court. Afterall most vehicles with dashcaams will not have signs saying "dashcam in opreation" as you would with cctv cameras on buildings. Does the fact that the drivers on the vehicles infront are unaware that they are being recorded cause a problem?

no harm in submitting it during disclosure - let the judge decide if it is admissible or not.

it allows the other side to see what evidence you have, and in most cases they offer settlement.

Not sure if a judge would accept it. But there is nothing illegal about recording in public whether the person is aware of it or not.
