Mobile Insurance

    Hi,

    I am an E-Mobile customer. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S3 about 4 months ago (34 euro a month - unlimited calls, text and internet)

    At the time I did not avail of insurance. However now I would like to buy some. I went into my local store and was told that the deal for insuring the phone only lasts for 28 days after the day of purchase of the phone/plan.

    Is this definitive, will I never be able to purchase insurance from E-Mobile?

    Yes what the agent in the store advised you is correct. Unfortunately it is only possible to take out insurance within 28 days of purchasing the phone.
