    Hello,

Angelika does a very good beginners class in St Patricks hall on a Thursday.

Greystones Yoga Studio caters for all levels. Classes are mixed and there are new students starting all the time. http://www.greystonesyoga.ie/

Bernie Connor has a beginners class on a Tues eve in the Greystones Studios (above the Theatre) - she's brilliant (and one of the best value classes too)!

Very good traditional yoga teacher starting a new class series this Wednesday evening at St Patricks Recreation Centre, 7.30 pm I think. See yogagreystones.net for contact details.

I cannot recommend Greystones Yoga Studio highly enough! All of the teachers there are fantastic, and offer variety of yoga styles from full-on counted Ashtanga to Iyengar to gentle for pregnant women.

Rionach, who runs the studio, is currently in India for a month getting yet more training and instruction.
