Dont know of anybody invested here but Ive put a few bob on this one.

Pathfinder Minerals is a natural resources company with a heavy mineral sands concession on the coast of Mozambique, encompassing the valuable minerals ilmenite, rutile and zircon, used in a wide variety of industrial applications

Basically The SP should be anything from 6p to 10p BUT due to an ongoing ownership court battle for theses assets (between Pathfinder and General Veloso which has dragged on for over 2 and a half years) the SP is now under a penny.
Pathfinder have won the first court case in London but the General refused to take his beating and pursued it in the Mozambique courts, the ruling for this is due after the 1st of March.
So basically there could be an instant 300% - 500% SP rise on a positive hearing or else a drop to almost zero if it is ruled against them
Longer term if they do get control of there assets then broker targets were from 27p to £1.50p

Worth a small punt and only what you can afford to loose

Why is this a thread under "Investments and Markets"?

Why not? Its no different from the " BOI shares steadily rising... Worth a punt?" thread
It may well turn out to have the best Investment potential you`ll see for a long while. Before the dispute this company was said to truly have a tiger by the tail

Its listed on Ftse AIM so it has a market...... (But 85% owned by institutions so it will rocket north on a positive hearing from the Mozambique court)

You said "so basically there could be an instant 300% - 500% SP rise on a positive hearing or else a drop to almost zero if it is ruled against them". How is that an "investment"? It's a bet and a ridiculous one at that. And please don't give me this "sure it's all the same" nonsense, as 99.99% of investments don't go to zero.

Tell that to anyone who bought into HMV :D

If you took the time to read up on the case then you wouldn't be saying that

How did that court case pan out Grecco? I saw the chart shot up then went back down, no major upswing or down swing?

No result yet, its looking like the end of April now before we get a ruling. But that's not written in stone.
