Conversion Course to Psychology

    Hey all,
I'm a mature student, currently in 3rd arts, and I am really interested in doing the conversion course to psychology. Obviously the application process is tough, but I am reasonably confident I could indeed qualify for such a course.
Anyway, I'm currently on Back to Education Allowance, and kindly getting my fees covered by grant (assuming I get that email in to SUSI in the next...ooooh, 8 days or so?) Would I be eligible to get the fees for the conversion course waived also, or would it count as the first year of a new program? Cause I'm broke and can't just cough up 10 grand in 2 years :(

    Any input would be appreciated.

If you are progressing from 3rd year of Arts into 4th year of Psychology then you may still be eligible to receive funding.

If you are doing a repeat period of study, you will not be eligible for funding.
