    How long does take these to go into a place and get a debt that is owend to you.

    They have no such authority.

    You need to go to court, get a judgement and then send the sheriff in.

    This can take months.

    Its all going through a solicitor but she says a year before it Is done. They have been told court to pay up but they are doing not thing not even a reply.

    It does not take a year to an instalment order.

    You could have one within a month if you did it yourself.

    €20 in the district court in stamping fees.

    I don't really want to go behide the solictor but It is been going on for 3 years now. Where can I apply for this form or even get one?
