I asked a question earlier here

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056878694

and thread was closed , with the mention of " freeman nonsence"

my question was nothing of the sort, and was purely to see where i could gather information from.

    why close the thread?

Maybe message the person that closed it, chances are they'll know...

I think in the case of the closed thread it was clearly a general information query about where and how information would be held, I don't see how it could amount to seeking legal advice.

Question 1 and 2 defo asked for legal advice, it was also clearly stated in a later post when and with whom the loan was taken out, so most defo a real life situation.

I made no judgment on it. Tom Young said in his first line "no legal advice" so I think it was that rather than the freeman nonsence. I was just telling the OP why it was closed.
