Hi I'm in the middle of the couch to 5k program and due to start week 6. I'm in Dublin for a few days with the family and was looking for somewhere to run tomorrow so I don't miss out on my runs this week. OH is doing it too, week 5 though.

We're slap bang in the city just off. Jervis St. Need to go for 30mins /5k

    Thanks

I suppose maybe straight down the quays towards the phoenix park, you'll probably only be there when you have to turn around again, but it's a nice enough run! A little bit of stop starting for lights will be the main problem

You could get the Luas as far as Heuston and head over to the Phoenix Park.

You could walk to Trinity College & do laps of the cricket pitch? It's nice to be away from the traffic and there are nice buildings etc? Or you could walk to the quays and do the route of the Docklands run - you'd be running past the Customs House and across lots of bridges, which is nice, and not as many traffic light stops as going down the quays the opposite way towards Heuston.

I run from the Customs House to the East Link, across the bridge and straight along the path to Irishtown Church, turn right and over two bridges then left and straight back to the quays (passing the Grand Canal Theatre) then back to the Customs House. That works out just a little over 5K.

Thanks for all the suggestion. I actually ended up doing laps of ormond Quay and wood Quay as below. hate having to cross the road and bridges with busy traffic.
