Hi, We are thinking of getting a Spanish au-pair & would be worried that she would be lonely? Is there any Spanish community in Kilkenny? Also is there any English language classes available for people?

Try the Spanish forum. There used to be an English school on James St. I'm fairly sure you'll find an English school if that one no longer exists.

Contact Spanglish in the Abbey Business Centre. They run a brilliant business down there, offering both Spanish and English classes.
