Large Group Booking with Aer Lingus

    Hey Guys

We have a class trip to Amsterdam coming up in April, and there are about 40+ people going. What would be the chances of a group this size all getting out on the same day or same flight? and how long in advance should we be booking it? and is there a worthwhile discount available by booking as a large group?

Or if anyone has ever organized a group on a flight like this before and has any trouble shooting tips etc then please share...

    Thanks

Firstly, Well Done to you on taking on this challenge!

I organised a group trip abroad when in college, but our group was under 20pax. Nothing quite as large as your own one.

What I done to begin with was speak with the airline direct and asked all my questions and queries with them. I had one person to contact thereafter and found that very straight-forward tbh! It made the experience of organising the group flight more manageable for me.

Who are you planning on flying with?

For a group that size you'll probably need to book well in advance if you want to guarantee that you all travel together. The Aer Lingus website says that for groups larger than 25 you need to call their 'groups' reservation number which is 0818 365007 (9-1 and 2-5 Mon-Fri), other numbers here....
