    Hi There,
I wonder if anyone may have information on beginner meditation classes in or close to Limerick?
I am a complete beginner. Meditation has been recommended to me to help me deal with some issues.

    Thanks in advance

Not sure if you got sorted but if not you could try Tara Buddhist Centre drop-in meditation classes every Wednesday 7-8.30pm. It's suitable for complete beginners or experienced. 2nd floor, George’s Quay House. meditateinireland.com
