    ''Salary: €NMW Compliant +''

What is your understanding of the above in relation to a salary in a job advertisement. Obviously NMW stands for national minumum wage. I'm not sure if the salary being offered is minimum wage or above minimum wage hence the + part.

It means the minimum you will get paid is the minimum wage.

So the salary is probably up for negotiation.

Possibly but if someone is saying they comply with minimum wage I doubt there will be much negotiation. Most minimum wage jobs also have hundreds of applicants so they won't have trouble getting someone to work for minimum wage.
