Does anyone here know if the oil refinery/depot on Whiddy is still in use?

It is used for storage. Ships are in and out the whole time.

They don't use the Jetty since the disaster in 1979, ships load and unload at the Yellow SPM buoy. It is part of the states oil reserves. No refining was ever done here, just storage. Irelands only oil refinery is in Whitegate.
