    Hi,

    Cheers.

It'd take you a bit of time and effort but ogimet have a record of all hourly reports dating back to the 90's so you could scan through every day in the month and note any hours below whatever temp. Can't think of any easier way to do it.

    www.ogimet.com

On my phone so not sure if links will work but click daily summaries on the left then specify what month you want and for what station, you need the WMO code which you can get by clicking any of the stations here, the code is the red number at the top before the station name, eg. Malin Head is 03980

Once you've got the report up just click on any individual date to get an hourly breakdown
