What size slurry tanker

    Thinking of getting a new slurry tanker - i have a 145hp mf5470 and have fairly/very steep, but dry ground. Have used a neighbours 1600 gallon with 30" recessed wheels and it handles this no bother without weights. Would 2000 gallon with big wheels be about right? Might need weights for traction at this weight.

    id say that tractor would be well suited for 2000 gal

    We have MF5465 same power as you 6 cylinder pulls 2500 no bother flat ground mostly

    Is it abbey's tanks that the centre of gravity is that little bit lower than the opposition? Something worth bearing in mind.

    I think wheel size is more important than tank size atm:D

    If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.
