Model Ship Restorer required !!

Hi i am looking for an experieced model ship restorer work on a model of a ship that has been in my family for years and that i would like to display in my home. The ship is the frigata espanola ano 1780 the ship has been stripped back to the hull and i would like it to be restored with the sails down rather than tied.

I have attached some photos it will require new base although i do have the original hull mounts and brass plaque. It will require new sail cloth as i would like the sails open i have purchased some bits that may be of use aswell
