Can you confirm Parcel Motel address layout?

I was just wondering if this is the right layout for the address? Do I have to put name in address even though I wrote name just above address?

As <snip> said it has been answered on the Parcel Motel thread. There is no need to be so worried about the address, As long as your name, PMID and 1A McKinney Road, BT36 4PE is on it it will be fine. I never bother putting on Parcel Motel and sometimes cut Newtownabbey aswell.
