    The 3rd Annual Dublin University Harriers and Athletics Club Lecture will take place at 8pm sharp on Wednesday February 13th in the Maxwell Theatre in the Hamilton Building on the TCD campus.

    Speakers will include: Nick Mahony, lecturer in anatomy and medical officer to the Human Performance Laboratory in the. Aidan Woods, Head Physiotherapist with the Olympic Council of Ireland. Andy Kidd, personal trainer with expertise in nutrition.
    Entrance is free of charge. All welcome.

    They will be talking about their particular areas of expertise. Aidan on injuries. Andy on nutrition. Nick on training more broadly - planning out a training week, spacing of sessions, etc.
