    Can i get a Dell Laptop that has windows 7 ?

    Was thinking of Samsung not sure if there Tested in Market Yet ?

    Not sure what your question about Samsung means exactly, but you might be able to find Windows 7 based machines online. It's been over 3 months since Windows 7 was discontinued, and at this point stores are sold out. Some shops charge you to roll a PC back to Windows 7 but you'd find it far more economical to just learn the not-overly-dramatic changes in Windows 8: The OS shows you the key things to remember the first time you boot up.
