What am I missing

Currently i'm using a mini nova, I see the kangers are very popular but there's arguement about the best version. I know the T2 is popular but it's fairly big.

Just wondering how the AGA-S or AGA-T comapares and I seen mention of the arashi mini.

Outside of the provari prices, is there anything that people feel is way beyond the mini nova and if there is, what impresses them about the device?

Any AGA would take gigantic steaming poops all over (any) clearos - once you have it set up right.

What battery will you be plonking it on top of?

At the moment an ego T but will probably be replacing that with an ego C variable. Whats so impressive about the AGA, how does it differ from the rest?

The aga attys will be massive on top of your ego batteries!

    Huge!

Was thinking that, I find the mini nova big and this is an extra ml, will probably wait a few months and see what's new then. What batteries are normally used anyway, thought only the 510 and the ego batteries are the one size. Does any other battery have the same screw size?

    510 is the fitting/screw thread.

There's also the cigalike batteries that are known as 510 batteries.

If you fancy trying your hand at rebuildables on an ego, check out the Phoenix @ e-smokeireland or The Herb @ The Best Shop

Pretty cheap and work well on ego batteries!

Yeah, the AGAs would be quite large on an eGo. For "quite large" read "stupendously top-heavy".

If it has to be eGo sized, then get either VH Genesis or the VH Verti.

The Verti will look better and be easier to set up.
I prefer the look of that to the Arashi Mini as well, but some people have a total horn for shiny things.
I hate shiny stuff. Bit too disco for me. (Actually, I feel bad for that, 'cos I love me some disco).

What makes Genesis atties better (once working)?

Faster wicking material in the tank combined with the chamber of a good dripper.

Clearos fail mostly because they have no space for the vapour to form in, just a slender tube directly to your mouth. Less flavour.
Then there's the slow wicking materials and tipping. Less of an issue with a really solid mesh wick in a Genesis.

Top-coil clearos - Very hot and muted flavour cos the coil is a centimetre away from your mouth.
Bottom-coil - more flavour but very cool because the coil is too far away and the tube connecting the coil to the mouthpiece acts as a heatsink.

If you just want to try dripping, go to Vaperus.ie and try out the A7 atomiser. Cheap, good build quality (might start leaking after a month or two), easy enough to set up apart from the squinting, holds 15-ish drops.
    Your tastebuds won't regret it.
If you want to move up from there, do. Small outlay to taste the difference that'll have you hankering after stupid-expensive things.

Do a Google image search for ProVari or Vamo to see what the next step up is. That's why these juice devices become so large, to fit these types of things.

Personally I'm sick and tired of the Kangers and things like the Smoktec Carto Tanks. Flooding and gurgling from the Kangers and crappy carto tanks sliding off and my juice going everywhere. Vivi Novas while probably aren't the best for taste are the most reliable clearo I've tried. Some juices just taste plain best in a carto and I'm only just about to get into genesis atomisers and dripping atomisers this week. Skip the kangers and go for something better, kangers are no better than a vivi nova.

Everyone has to take the baby-steps, not everyone wants to fiddle.
WE might know they'll eventually end up there, but they need to move toward it themselves.
If anyone looking for a starter set isn't averse to fiddling though, 2 ego twists + A7/Phoenix atomiser + charger + wire + cotton make-up pad = all you need for world class vapage.
    And juice. Of course.

If it has to be eGo sized, then get either VH Genesis or the VH Verti.

DO NOT get a VH genesis - buy an AGA-S its a million times better and same size for almost the same money -

The VH Genesis was decent a few months ago before the aga-s was released but after 3 months of use mine got the point of being unsmokable without rebuilding and cleaning the tank every day almost with Green/black gunk from the brass underneath as the chrome was eaten away by juice - which cannot be healthy and tastes like crap.

Its really changed my opinion from "sure chromed is fine" to "Stainless Only"

Neither are really Ego-sized BTW, both will be top heavy - if you really want ego style battery get extra ring to cover the threads, but IMHO a decent smallish Mech mod (telescope, kts - below - or similar) would be better investment with a genesis atty, add a kick when you can afford one.

Oh and Yes any genesis is Night and Day to Silica wicks ... and the new ribbon kanthal seems to only improve things.
