Heading to Portroe for a couple of splashes tomorrow, and want to get in and out kinda quickly to be finished by 3pm.
What pub nearby would you recommend for watching the rugby?

Yer probably already under water at this stage or asking up at the office, but for food you can't beat larkins in garrykennedy ... I don't know if they have a telly tho! http://www.larkins.ie/

Lots of pubs in either side of the bridge in Killaloe or Ballina if you just want the match, good food too I suppose.

    Yep, I was U/W by then! :)

Two quick dives, heard the anthems on the car radio, and walked in the door of the pub in Newtown (Barry's?) just as Farrell kicked off.
