Panic. I got a new laptop and attempted to get it to find the AV. No problem, when I clicked on it it opened a URL which suggested a firmware update. SO.... i clicked it and then it asked me to browse for files. I'm not sure what I clicked on then but the display on the receiver now says "INVALID FILE" and has stopped responding. Am tempted to pull the power, but before the nuclear scenario, any suggestions?

OK switched it off and on. Seems to have done no serious damage
