Hi, I am considering getting Saorview and am wondering if anyone around the NCR /Stoneybatter/ Cabra area has had any issues re reception. Would like to get the Freeview English stations as well, so would be looking to get a combination aerial as my television (Walker) is Saorview ready, and I don't think a box would be needed, too. Any feedback would be most appreciated... thanks!

Shouldn't be a problem with Saorview reception anywhere in Dublin, unless you're trying to get away with an indoor aerial in a basement or something.

Freeview is actually the brandname of the UK terrestrial service & there wouldn't be much point going after that in Dublin city. You'll get most of the same channels via free-to-air (FTA) satellite, which is probably what you had in mind anyway.
