Anyone doing the 100km leisure cycle with Sean Kelly in Killaloe tomorrow morning, I heard its a controlled cycle, anyone know what that means??

I would love to but cant :mad:

as far as I know the pace will be controlled (I believe) up to approx 70\80K where they will then let you ride as hard as you want for whats left.

Would do, even though it would be my first cycle since Sept last year! Have to be at home for 2pm so rules me out unfortunately. Enjoy! Might see you at Keeper challenge if I get through Donadea. Won't be competitive, main goal is to keep her between the ditches this time!
