REPAIRING DAMAGED HDMI LEAD

Hi,

Need to repair a damaged HDMI lead.

Anyone ever used one of these, or anything simillar. Are they any good or easy to connect etc.

Why repair something that costs a few Euro?

Even those are overpriced, you can get a 1.5M HDMI for about 3 quid on Ebay

You won't get ATR with that either . Seriously, you'll will get a hdmi cable for a few Euro in the likes of N17 place near Milltown,

Apologies, should have mentioned it's a 10M lead and its installed in a wall chase, across under a floor and up another wall chase.

That "appears" to be a socket to socket plate so no good for fixing my cable!!!

Not a hope!!! . Would be next to impossible!!!!

Think I'll just get him to chase the wall and put in a new lead(slightly different route). May not be the easiest option, but probably the best.

You can get baluns and use 2x cat5/6

Cat5/6 may be easier to work with and anyone can crimp the ends to suit
