Flotation 'snakes' in london

Yeh I know its odd but I'm looking for a place that sells the flotation snake type things that you wrap around you to stay afloat when swimming. Heading off on hols shortly and my bro in law needs one - argos used to sell them but alas no more Any ideas

Do you mean these things ?

If so, you should be able to get them in the Speedo Shop in Neal St.

Covent Garden Tube.
