Loosened Sleeves

I have a quick query regarding jumper sleeves that I'm hoping somebody can help me out with!

I have one or two nice jumpers that I haven't worn in a while, put one of them on today and the sleeves are quite loose - I can only assume this is down to me rolling up my sleeves whilst wearing them (a habit that I'm trying to get out of fwiw :) )

Anyway, the jumper is quite nice and I would like to salvage it.

Is there any way of tightening the sleeves or taking them out of their current state?

My first thoughts would be to use a pin however that would probably be noticeable? Second alternative is just taking it to a tailor to have them taken in.

If there's some sort of trick that can be used I'm all ears. TIA

Use elastic thread and sew on the inside of the cuff all the way around.
