Hi All, We're starting shorter spin every Sunday morning leaving from the castle gates at 10.30am every Sunday morning. The group is a good opportunity to get an introduction to group cycling. Helmets are mandatory and road bikes are encouraged. If you've any questions just drop me a PM.
