Multiroom problem

    Hi.
I'm having a problem with my multiroom.
Sky is coming into the main box in the sitting room and then I have a magic eye connected up to the TV in the bedroom. For years it's worked perfectly but over the last week it's got very haphazard.
Sometimes it will work perfectly, other times the Sky box won't even switch on,other times it may switch on allow you to pick from the planner or a station but then will not allow you to change programme or station.
I've replaced the magic eye with another one and it's the same thing.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what the issue may be?
    Thanks !

That isn't 'multiroom', as Sky would define it (a Sky box in each room).

Assuming the remote is working right, it's almost certainly a problem with the cable or connections between the eye & the Sky box.

Is the eye receiving a steady power supply? Have you recently got a new tv or other equipment in either room?

What make tv have you got, some tv's such as Samsung and Philips give off slight radiation that can interfere with Magic eyes, move the eye away from the tv slightly and see if it preforms any better.

Try swapping the remote from the main TV
