Likely Sentence Opinions

Hi There,

I am in court in late February, for sentencing for Criminal Damage(section 2),
Two Breach of the Peace and possession of a offensive weapon, (Plead Guilty)

I have been JLO'd in the past and received a Adult Caution for Section 2 assault a couple of months and am facing a further two public order offense in a different court with a possibility of further charges(Not Guilty in these ones).

Also I wont be bringing Compensation to court for Criminal Damage(driver side window) how will this effect my chances of getting suspend sentence

Probation said it would be unlikely.

Any info would be Great

I hope you get locked up if you're not.

Someone can make one silly mistake that gets them in front of a Judge for something they wouldn't normally do.

More than once, I hope you like cold showers.

There are special circumstances to why this happen only ask for advice plus I only got in trouble with the criminal damage its because a dickhead of cop other charges were brought. He has been trying to convict me for years.


And No I am not yet locked up

Thats a pretty shíte attitude mate but seriously, Bring the money and offer to pay for the window, no point going into court and making it worse for yourself.

Honestly, probation and a suspended sentence is the max you will get. Unless the judge is a right prick and wants to make an example of you. Been there done that and thats what i got.

But i cant see you getting much more than the above, but only if you help yourself by getting a good solicitor, and money to pay for what you broke. And not going in with the IM A MAD LAD attitude and i dont give a ****, if you want to get locked up then do that, again, been there done that, and trust me it aint fun

I am a 20 year old student no criminal convictions. I have got JLO'd in the past for pulling a knife on two girls while in secondary school thats a long story.

I am in court for smashing a taxi drivers drivers side window with a wheel brace I also believe the glass cut him and I threaten to kill him and his family who were also in the car. There was his three young children aged between (10 months-3yrs) and his wife. I then got back into my car and parked up in a car park. When Gardai arrived they pulled out there batons and I ran towards him he drop his baton and pepper sprayed me. I resisted arrest and elbowed a female garda while being arrest.

A doctor also claims I assaulted him a few months ago waiting to find out if charges will be pressed Claim is false did not assault him lying bastard

i got a suspended sentence for producing a small hatchet during a row..it was a long appeal with character references etc..

the judge wanted to jail me..i had a few previous.that was 7 years ago.clean as a whistle since
