Best (non-saorview) freesat box for under €100?

It's time to upgrade my 7 year old Silvercrest receiver but I'm not interested in a combo (saorview) box. What is the best HD receiver for under €100?

I'm assuming I need a Freesat box for 7 day EPG? If not, how much cheaper are non-freesat HD boxes?

For the money a genuine freesat box is the only way to go. Make sure it is HD, as anything less is a waste. They are available very cheap secondhand or new.

I dont know if you will be able to get a genuine freesat HD reciever for less than 100 euro http://www.tvtrade.iesell a segam box for 114.50 http://www.freesat.ie sell a manhatton box for the same price.you could buy a non freesat hd box for about 70 euro but you wont have a 7 day epg .I am sure you will be able to get one cheaper from the uk if you want to go that route.

I use a couple of Sky HD boxes that I bought on Adverts for €20 and they work a treat

As said already, opt for a Freesat branded HD box.
