GPS Car tracker wanted

Can someone recommend me a tracker unit. Heres what Id like, dunno if any or all are possible.

A) under the 100e mark
Low SIM card costs.
C) chargeable from car battery if possible but suppose this depends on where its going to be hidden in car.

dealextreme and ebay seem to have a lot. hard to know which to go for

something like this perhaps?

thanks. Im finding it hard to get info on that, battery charger? sim? how would it differ from many of the cheaper ones.

Maybe best to ask over in the Motors forum ... I'm fairly certain there are some people over there with direct experience of these things.

It might work out cheeper to buy a phone and install a "find my phone" app:D
