The log book from my new car was sent off just over a week ago, does any one know how long it will take to be sent back out too me in my name? Cheers :)

I thought you needed the logbook to tax it in the office... If not, do you only need the reg no?

I always thought you needed the log book too tax it aswel, to get the date of first registration, and to avoid paying back tax on it!

id say it will be there early nex week,nop you dont need log book to tax it but unless you have the chassis no etc you may wait, the form can be got off the motor tax site have a look and see what you need
