Cancel xbox live subscription

    Does anyone have a number that i can ring to cancel my xbox live subscription.
    Cant do it online as i forget the login details...
    tried the password reset but its not working...

    tried to ring the 1800 number on the credit card statement but i just get a message saying the this number doesnt work for my area :/
