    Hi

I've got a trouble going from third gear to second sometimes it feels like there is something blocking the gearstick from going into second....

Also sometimes it can be difficult selecting first gear....

Any ideas or is Could my gear box be shot? :(

Has it gotten worse rapidly or been like this for a long time?
Sounds like gear linkage is getting worn.
    Maybe someone else know better.

Could be low oil or dirty, worn linkages, worn engine mounts, worn baulk rings, changing gear at wrong revs,w
orn input shaft bearings, broken gear teeth etc

    How many miles on it?

    Hi
There is 162000 km on it.

For all the symptoms you describe above would they involve having to take the gear box out of it ? :-(

    Not all no.
Start with linkages then mounts and try a gear oil change after that its gearbox out.
