    Does anyone use a purely business laptop with software like microsoft office?

    Is it deductable against tax?

    I haven't put a laptop in the farm books myself yet, but cannot see any reason you couldn't, assuming as you say its for farm use, ms office, icbf etc!

    you dont need to have business software, a computer is a legitimate expence
