With a BCC box and all!

I won't ask why a Private Message would need sending to multiple recipients, I'm sure there's a logic behind it I clearly wouldn't get, but nonetheless I'm sure a useful feature for some.

Multi recipients is generally used by mods so that they all stay on the same page or to know when something has been auctioned on so that two or more action on the same thing.
